If one of our items does not satisfy you 100%, you can return it to us within 7 days after receiving the order. After this period of 7 days, you will not be able to return it to us. Contact us beforehand by email (email@example.com) so that we can exchange on the terms of return.
RETURN OF THE ONLINE ORDER
You will find a prepaid return label in your delivery package. Remove the original label and attach this new label to the return package. You can drop off your package at an access point in our transport network. Click here to find the nearest access point. If the return label is not in your package, we will send it back to you by email to reprint it.
It is imperative to return an item to the store where it was purchased. You will need to contact the retailer to review their return and exchange policy. It is not possible to return an item you purchased on the Ring out brand website to a store in our network.
